Mes peintures donnent vie à des êtres étranges, apparus soudainement au monde. Oscillant entre l’humain et l’animal, le familier et l’inconnu, ils demeurent à la frontière de plusieurs mondes, sans jamais appartenir pleinement à aucun. À travers eux, j’explore l’étrangeté d’exister et la difficulté de trouver sa place. En mêlant humour et malaise, étrangeté et familiarité, je transforme des émotions complexes en scènes parfois absurdes et ludiques, construisant un monde où ces êtres singuliers peuvent exister à leur manière.

My paintings bring to life strange beings who have suddenly appeared in the world. Moving between human and animal, the familiar and the unfamiliar, they inhabit the boundaries of different worlds, never fully belonging to any of them. Through these figures, I explore the strangeness of existence and the difficulty of belonging. Blending humor and unease, the bizarre and the familiar, I transform complex emotions into scenes that are at times absurd and playful, creating a world where these peculiar beings can exist in their own way.

내 그림에는 불현듯 세상에 등장한 낯선 존재들이 살아간다. 인간과 동물, 익숙한 것과 낯선 것 사이를 오가는 이들은 어디에도 완전히 속하지 못한 채 경계에 머문다. 나는 이들을 통해 존재한다는 것의 낯섦과 어딘가에 속한다는 것의 어려움을 탐색한다. 유머와 불편함, 기묘함과 친근함을 뒤섞어 복잡한 감정을 때로는 엉뚱하고 유쾌한 장면으로 바꾸며, 이 낯선 존재들이 자신만의 방식으로 살아갈 수 있는 세계를 만들어간다.
